I've always loved the stationary section in bookshops and colour pencils & paper were my choice of toys when I was a kid. Since then I have graduated in Graphic Design and moved on to drawing with a tablet on screen.

I studied at the Art Directors College in Cape Town and got my first job at a signage company in Windhoek, Namibia.
It was a great first job and it gave me the chance to explore all sides of design and production, as everything from initial concept to large format printing was done in-house. That experience also helped me to get my foot in the door of the publishing industry in London where I have been designing for magazines, books, promotional material and web sites for the last six years.

I instinctively know when an image fits a brief perfectly, may it be through art buying or my own illustrations which I create using Photoshop, Illustrator and the good old pencil.
